Urban Park in Rome - Info-Point, Front Desk, Coffee Bar

The idea for this project was to use a structure which could blend in as much as possible with the surrounding natural environment, therefore utilizing materials derived from elements of nature – yet, at the same time, the requirement was to create a well-defined and transparent design.

This was the guiding principle in the realization of this structure for hospitality and information within the Urban Park of Rome, situated along the coast.

Curved wooden slat elements were utilized, in order to maintain visibility throughout the park and to create a strong visual impact.
